Return Policy


You are our valued and esteemed customer. To assist you better we follow the following shipping and returning policy. You are requested to go through this policy whenever you make a purchase.


Arovea application shall make all the possible endeavors that the product booked on the application is delivered within a period of 4-7 working days for from the date of the booking in order on the application.


All booking and subsequent delivery of the product(s) shall be subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s). Product delivery will be done through our logistics partner. In some cases where Pincode/Zipcode is not serviceable by the courier company, the services of logistics partner shall be used. If there is no courier services are available in the customer’s area, customer should get in touch with us.


In case customer orders multiple products in one transaction, in Arovea application would endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and logistics’ issues. If customer purchases multiple products in a single transaction, then all the products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by the customer. If customer wishes to ship the products to different addresses, then customer should book separate orders based on delivery addresses.


Arovea application offers two delivery methods – Express and Standard Delivery. We offer free standard shipping for orders over Rupees Four Hundred Ninety Nine (Rs. ). For orders with a cart value of upto Rupees Four Hundred Ninety Nine (Rs. ) a standard charge of Rupees Fifty (Rs. 50) will be charged to the customer at time of placing order.

We also offer express delivery, which customer can select during checkout process. A standard charge of Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100) will be payable irrespective of order cart value.

There is also a Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge of Rupees Fifty (50) for orders with COD payment option. Please note that the COD and shipping charge will not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.


Customer understands and confirms that Arovea application shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of Product due force majeure or circumstances beyond its control. However Our team shall take all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the product within timelines.


While we are committed to take utmost care while packaging and to make sure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our application. However, due to certain circumstances, which may be beyond our control items delivered may get damaged in transit. In such a case we would be more than happy to replace your order. We would request you to contact customer service as per the procedure prescribed below in case of such damages.

The customer must ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.


We employ our best effort to ensure the right shipment reaches the right person at the right place. However, in case you receive goods which are different from what you ordered, do contact us immediately so that we can arrange pick up of incorrect items shipped to you, from your location. For locations where a pick-up cannot be arranged, we will try and find a mutually agreeable solution. Once incorrect item is received back, we will be shipping the right items to you at the earliest. The returned items must not be opened, and must be in saleable condition; otherwise the same will not be taken back.


When a customer on removing of packaging of product, finds the product damaged, and/or defective, and/or substantially different from the product ordered, the customer must immediately (and not later than 24 hours from the time of receipt of product/s) inform Arovea Application on the email id about such damage and/or defect, and/or difference.

The customer must also send an image of the product, so damaged or not meeting description on the given email id. The image of the product should be sent in a manner suggesting the product so damaged or not meeting description.

Arovea application on receipt of such complaint by the customer, will arrange the replacement of product or refund the price of the product along with shipping charges, if any, collected by Arovea application. In the unlikely event of Arovea application being unable to replace the damaged and/or defective product, a refund will be made to the customer as mentioned above.

In case of returns, the customer must ensure that no further damage/defect is caused to the product. It is expressly provided that if any products are not available with Arovea application for replacement, the money shall be refunded to the customer in accordance with its Refund Policy as set out herein.


Cancellation will be entertained only in case of any order which has not been shipped. The order can be cancelled partially or fully in such case. You can check status of the order shipped to your email or by tracking orders on our application. Pursuant to cancelation, the amount paid by you would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 business days.

Please note that the COD and shipping charge will not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Please note that Arovea application cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale any opened or used products.
